'Never look down on someone, unless you're helping them up.'

Originally from Victoria, now living in northern N.S.W. and a member of the Queensland Amputee Golf Association (blame my father for the gypsy blood).
Age 57, feeling 35 – at least she said she is.
Right Below Knee Amp since 1973 - accident resulting in gangrene (I was pretending to be a Hells Angel – badly).
First played amputee golf at the 2002 World Series event, held at the Lakes G.C. in Sydney. Loved it, was inspired by it, haven’t stopped since and I've been lucky to pick up a few trophies along the way:
2003 - 3rd Senior Division Canadian Amputee Open
2004 - 3rd Senior Division Australian Open
2005 - 2nd Senior Division Australian Open, Winner Senior Division Queensland Open
2006 - 2nd Senior Division Australian Open, Winner Senior Division Queensland Open
2007 - 2nd Senior Division Australian Open, Winner Senior Division Queensland Open
Winner Senior Division Victorian Open
2008 - Winner Senior Division Australian Open and Senior Division Queensland Open
Senior Division South Australian Open????? – I hope so!
**More importantly, amputee golf has given me the opportunity to meet wonderful people from all over the world, many of whom I am now very proud, pleased and privileged to call my friends. I know I'll meet more of the same in Adelaide 2008.
