Nev Watt

Nev Watt 55 late of Tangragee Tasagh Nth. Ireland

Left above Knee, arrived in Australia in 1961 on a 10 Pound special on board the frigate Cerberus

I became an amputee back in 1975 after an argument with a train you should see the train.

Getting married in March next year to the lovely Elizabeth. Between us both we have four children and four grand children.

I took to the road shortly after my accident to find my limitations only to find I didn't have any.

I learnt to play the pipes and joined the Mount Laura Pipe Band where I graduated through the ranks to acting Pipe Major / President

Presently we are renovating a thirty foot Bedford bus to get back on the road and compete at the interstate golf tournaments See You There

The First Swing Golf Clinics are an inspiration and thoroughly enjoyable, hats off to Gary and Eleanor for putting up with all the Yorkshire gibberish.

Looking forward to the inaugural South Australian Open for Amputees and Odd Bod friends.
